内容提要：
针对硕博士研究生开设的公共管理研究设计与方法中级课程。该课程的主要目的是要让学生系统掌握公共管理科学研究设计的必要方法，进行高质量的研究设计，同时系统了解和掌握当下常用的各种规范、定量实证研究、定性实证研究以及混合研究方法的适用条件和范围、具体类型、有效性控制、具体操作流程和注意事项等，同时要对科学研究的规范、标准和伦理等进行系统和严格训练，以保证学生能够进行高质量科学研究，并最终能在国内外顶级学术期刊发表学术论文。
